Featuring Elizabethan panelling and period character, the Alex Fitch Room offers an atmosphere of heritage and discretion for executive dinners, VIP meetings and celebratory occasions.
The room is named after Alex Fitch, a former Harrow School pupil who, at the age of 19, became one of 644 Old Harrovians to lose their life in the Great War.
When Alex Fitch was killed in northern France in September 1918, his parents were determined that their only son would be remembered, and they donated the beautiful contents of the Alex Fitch Room to the School in his memory. Above the fireplace, a light has shone on his portrait night and day for nearly 100 years.
