Shepherd Churchill Hall

The Shepherd Churchill Hall is the largest dining venue in our portfolio. Along with the Shepherd Churchill Room and Terrace, which is located above the Hall, the whole building offers a modern and versatile backdrop to your event. Following its renovation in 2025, the venue benefits from panoramic views of central London over our own golf course and angling lake.

This modern venue provides guests with direct access from the High Street and our large car park located on Garlands Lane.

LAYOUT

The Shepherd Churchill Dining Hall can host a maximum of 800, set out in a variety of ways. The venue also includes built-in surround sound, microphone capabilities, sound desk and projector screen.

CATERING

Harrow School provides an exciting variety of catering options for your event. Please speak to a member of the events team for menu suggestions and prices. We also work with a dedicated list of approved suppliers. We do not permit anyone who is not on our suppliers list to cater in our venues.

FURNITURE

We have 300 chairs, numerous benches and enough long tables to seat 800. If you wish to add your own look and feel to your event, additional furniture can be arranged to accommodate round dining tables and hired banqueting chairs. This service incurs additional charges. The charges are worked out on an event-by event basis depending on the request. Please speak to a member of the events team for more information. Please note, we do not permit clients to provide their own furniture from external companies.
