The Shepherd Churchill Room and Terrace is one of the most modern and versatile spaces in our portfolio. Renovated in 2025, it offers a modern inside/outside space that enjoys some of the best views of central London across the green expanse of the Harrow School Golf Course. The sophisticated venue provides guests with direct access from the High Street and our large car park located on Garlands Lane.

The venue is suitable for seated dinners, standing receptions, team away-days, barbecues, workshops, conferences, exhibitions and much more.

The Shepherd Churchill Room can be arranged to accommodate round dining tables and hired banqueting chairs. There is an additional charge for this service, which depends on the event requirements. Please speak to a member of the events team for more information.

Harrow School provides an exciting variety of catering options for your event. Please speak to a member of the events team for menu suggestions and prices. We also work with a dedicated list of approved suppliers. We do not permit anyone who is not on our suppliers list to cater in our venues.
